I want to know if you understand why these things happen and why some people do not know how to do their job and are just winging it to see how long they can last in a position. In some cases, people last years in a company and they do not know how to do their job (this is actually factual in my world). I don’t understand why this happens or even how. I just know that it’s quite unfair when someone that tries their best and gives their all to their job always gets the shit end of the stick and has to be the face for everyone that makes a mistake. Why didn’t you see that? Why didn’t you do anything? Did you say something to him/her?
It’s quite unfair when you do reprimand someone for not doing their job, and then you get labeled as a bitch… a bitch!? For doing my job and letting you know that you are not doing yours, now I am a bitch… okaaayyyy…..
if I let shit slide, then I am too soft; if I call you out on your mistake, then I am a bitch… SO, WHAT IS IT? WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO???
I am sure this happens in every business, job, office, whatever, but it’s quite frustrating. Hence why I started this blog so that I can just type and let it ALL out because, of course, if I try to vent to someone, there is just so much that that person you are venting to will want to hear, especially when you are going through this shit on a daily basis.
You know that meme… am I the only one that mutters to herself WTF every single day? Well yep that’s me… every 5 minutes to be exact…
OH, and don’t get me started on people NOT READING. How do you get an email skim through it, DEFINITELY not understand it, and reply, “ok, understood, will do.” And then do the opposite of what I told you to do. UMM you most definitely DID NOT UNDERSTAND!!!!
And let me be clear: my emails have gotten SESAME STREET STYLE to help them understand because maybe I get too corporate and use big words, and they don’t understand, so I got elementary school on them and still NO COMPREHENSION, NONE, NIET, ZIP, ZILCH, NADA!
And I know ya’ll might be asking or telling yourself, Girl just Quit! Well its not that easy, I have a ton of responsibilities (just like everyone else yea yea I know) but I also get paid well and wherever I got they will def not start me off with what I make now soooooo yea I am here until I am not.. lol
Ok done venting for now… if ya’ll have any recommendations on what I can do or implement then by all means send them my way, will be very much appreciated, until then I will continue to uter sweet nothings in my head and wait for 6 pm to drink a tall glass of something!!
